2017 Suzuki S-Cross Seen at Dealerships in Hungary


Just few days back, the Japanese carmaker has showcased the Suzuki S-Cross facelift at an automotive event in Hungary. At the present, the premium crossover has spied at the dealership yards before its launch. With this report, there is confirmed that the Suzuki S-Cross facelift will be launched immediately than the industry expected. The crossover will get more aggressive and premium look than the existing model in the market.

The front profile of the S-Cross gets the appropriate changes, including new headlamp clusters and the latest and attractive front bumper with new fog lamps. The new front grille especially gets the vertical slats and chrome garnishing like the BMW vibe. The larger air intake, redesigned fog lamp enclosures and headlamp clusters give the sharper appearance to the S-Cross facelift.

Almost the side and rear profile of the upcoming S-Cross is identical to the current one. Similarly, the visibility of the interior profile is also same. Except the upholstery, the Interior features expected to be improved and the infotainment system gets the advanced software.

In the Indian market, the Suzuki (Maruti) S-Cross will be offered with the same diesel engines, 1.6-litre DDiS 320 and 1.3-litre DDiS 200. But, the reports indicated that the S-Cross petrol versions will most probably introduce with the 1.5-litre engine. The updated model will be made its global introduction at the upcoming motor show in Paris in October.

Launched in the last year’s festival season, the S-Cross couldn’t meet the expectations of Maruti Suzuki in the market. It is designed based on the SX4 compact sedan that is substituted by the Maruti Ciaz and sold via the premium Nexa network. 

Now a day, the potential customers looking for premium cars so that the company has interested to introduce the facelift with the additional features.
