Mahindra’s Ssangyong Rexton to showcase in Paris

The South Korean based company, Ssangyong has planned to showcase the new SUV concept (LIV2) at the upcoming Paris motor show, which will open the doors in the next month. The upcoming SUV will be offered with the limitless interface, customary high bonnet for the great SUV look, hexagonal grille with the horizontal slats and LED headlamps.
The forthcoming Ssangyong Rexton’s side profile features the large flared wheel arches, the two-row cabin shaped look from outside and simple design. The same kind flared wheel arches already featured by the company’s Tivoli models. The SUV offers with the simple features, but it looks attractive and premium.
The cabin of the new generation is rendered with the latest equipment and available with the digital instrument console, touch screen infotainment system, cruise control, as well. There are no exact details regarding the mechanical specifications, while the LIV2 will most probably feature the 2.2-litre turbocharged diesel and 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engines. For the Indian market, the SsangYong Rexton will also offer with the Mahindra’s (Ssangyong’s parent company) mHawk engine. The new model will get an automatic gearbox for clutch free driving.
In recent years, the Ssangyong Rexton has managed in the global market to become an imperative player. After the success of Tivoli, the Korean company has decided to launch the new Rexton, which will be designed to compete with the Ford Endeavour and the Toyota Fortuner. The whole details of the next coming Ssangyong Rexton yet to be revealed after its debut at the Paris show in October 2016.
