Vehicle’s long waiting period not good for Maruti Suzuki: RC Bhargava

                                  
RC Bhargava, chairman of Maruti Suzuki, has said that the long waiting period of the products is not good for the company and added that we will put efforts to address the issue. The statement was directly said by him at the Maruti Suzuki’s annual general meeting as he was concerned about the long waiting period of Maruti Suzuki models, Vitara Brezza compact SUV and Baleno hatchback.
In India, both models have achieved a great response from the customers than the company’s expectations so that the models are currently under the waiting period of 6 to 7 months. The each and every member in the company identifies that this situation is not happy as well as not good for the company. Moreover, the customers will get inconvenience as of this situation.
Maruti Suzuki is thinking about the alternatives and possible efforts to overcome this kind of situation in the future. The company will correct the main factors and implement the possible sources to equal the production and demand of vehicles in the market. With this kind of reasons, the company’s reputation will damage so that we will operate on prospects in a manner. This kind of situation will not be happened in the future, according to RC Bhargava.  
Maruti Suzuki implements new possibilities to reduce the waiting period as well as increase the sales to reach the target of 2 million units annually by 2020. The parent company’s production facility in Gujarat will roll out the Baleno hatchback from the starting months of the next year.
He added that the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz is doing well in the sedan segment with the addition of mild hybrid system so that we will add some more products in the future. Moreover, the company is also concentrating on the network expansions, sales services and spare parts to improve the business.
