The Indian carmaker has confirmed
that it will open new premium service centres under the Nexa network in the
next six months. NEXA is the premium network of Maruti Suzuki opened for the
superior quality and first-rate models. The biggest carmaker’s Nexa network has
completed its one-year operation in India with the two best-in-class products,
S-Cross crossover and Baleno hatchback. Maruti sold more than 1,00,000 cars via
the 150 outlets in the domestic car
market within the one-year period. The network is to be expanded by the end of
this decade with the new outlets.
As per the carwale report, the
company is concentrating on the opening of Nexa service centres in India with all
kinds of facilities. Currently, the Baleno and S-Cross customers are servicing
their cars at the regular Maruti Suzuki service centres. In the coming months, the
Ignis small crossover will be added to the Nexa’s portfolio so that the company
will open the new Nexa service centres as soon as possible.
The Nexa service centres to be
offered with the pickup and drop facility of vehicles and mobile service vans.
Moreover, the service centres will be available with the admirable options of entertainment,
WiFi access, food and beverages.
